About Aluna .

Modern business is largely built around masculine modes of operating, constant urgency, linear productivity, and perpetual availability. While these systems serve problem-solving and provision, when they dominate, women are often required to override their bodies, rhythms, and intuition in order to succeed.

Over time, this leads to burnout, chronic stress, health challenges, and a gradual disconnection from creativity and life itself.

Aluna was created to establish a feminine way of working, one that allows women to thrive in business without self-sacrifice.

We help women build businesses where structure supports flow, strategy holds intuition, and growth no longer requires self-override.

The word Aluna refers to interconnectedness between worlds, the subtle systems, patterns, and forces that quietly determine how something grows, sustains itself, or collapses. This reflects the feminine way of leading.

Rather than forcing outcomes, the feminine responds to rhythm.

Rather than isolating parts, it sees relationships.

Rather than constant output, it values coherence.

In business, these unseen forces shape energy, decision-making, and sustainability long before results are visible. Aluna works at this deeper level — designing businesses that are organised from within, not held together by urgency.

Women thrive in creativity, intuition, adaptability, and flow when these qualities are held by clear systems, boundaries, and containment. Aluna exists at this intersection.

We support founders in moving away from operating solely through constant push, rigid schedules, and willpower, and into businesses designed around cyclical energy, embodied decision-making, and intelligent pacing.

This is not about doing less.

It is about working in alignment with how women are built.

Our work blends feminine intelligence with grounded strategic structure. We integrate systems thinking, regenerative design, and sustainability-led strategy, always prioritising the sustainability of the founder as much as the business itself.

The outcome is a business that feels spacious, resilient, and alive — one that runs more smoothly, scales sustainably, and supports the woman at its centre.

Meet the Founder - Tara Philip

Aluna was founded by Tara Philip, a business strategist with over eight years of experience across entrepreneurship, marketing, and sustainability-led growth. Tara’s foundation was shaped early through sport, where discipline, structure, and long-term resilience were central. At 17, she entered entrepreneurship as a jewellery brand founder and content creator, later building and scaling a marketing agency that worked with nearly 100 brands over three years, supporting launches, revenue growth, and scale. The model was success-driven - fast, measurable, and demanding.

During Covid, Tara began to question the cost of this approach, finding herself supporting growth that fuelled overconsumption rather than long-term value. This led her to pivot toward purpose-led and sustainability-focused businesses, eventually stepping into an in-house role within a mission-driven organisation. What became increasing clear to her was how businesses were not designed with the feminine in mind.

Aluna was created to change that. At its core, Aluna is built on the belief that sustainable growth begins with feminine leadership that is responsive, cyclical, relational, and embodied. It is for the woman who knows she is here to build something meaningful and knows she no longer wants to do it by abandoning herself. It just needs to be built differently.
