What the conversation is

We start from your answers, so there are no introductions to get through. We look at the business as it runs today and scan the seven domains together: business model, operations, delivery, marketing, finance, team and your own capacity. By the end you'll have a named picture of where the dependency lives, in your own examples, and the first structural change to make. That is yours to keep, whether or not we work together.

Who this is for

Female founders of service businesses: consultants, coaches, agencies, creative directors and professional services. Usually two to six years in, earning $10K or more a month, with a small team or none. You've hired and delegated, and the proposals, the pricing calls and the difficult client emails still land with you.

What happens next

The application takes around ten minutes, and we read every one. If it looks like a fit, we'll be in touch within [two working days] to arrange your conversation. If The Redesign is right for you, a proposal follows within 24 hours of the call. If it isn't, we'll say so honestly and point you to what would help instead.
