How it worksHow it works
Six months, one to one with Tara, with a 75-minute call every week. Every call begins with a few minutes of breath, so you arrive properly before we start, and ends with a decision you've made.
The work between calls is designed for a full week: around ninety minutes at most, with much of it done together on the call.
Six months, in two halves
Months one to three: designed to release
Attune. We begin with an honest picture of what the business asks of you: where your hours go, what drains you, and what carrying it all costs in real numbers. From the second week, you make one small change each week to take some weight off straight away.
Audit. We read the business across seven domains: business model, operations, delivery, marketing, finance, team and your own capacity. We find where the dependency lives, trace every piece of work that waits for you, and name the three structural changes that matter most.
Architect. We redesign those parts. Your team gets decision rights they can act on without checking with you first. Processes are written down with the thinking behind them, so your judgement can travel. Your clients' experience places you where you add the most. At the end of month three, you step back for five working days, and we see what holds.
Months four to six: designed to scale
Align. We look at the patterns that pull founders back in, and design around them. You choose your role for the next size of business. The business gets a leadership rhythm that holds your team without your constant presence. This is where feminine leadership becomes the design principle: the business runs in cycles and seasons, and your capacity is treated as a real limit.
Amplify. We speak with your clients to hear why they really hire you. Then we shape offers that can grow without you in every delivery, positioning that describes the business you've built, and a marketing and sales system your team can run.
Anchor. Everything comes together in one operating manual and a monthly dashboard. Then the business runs for ten working days without you, and we confirm it holds. We close with a plan for the year ahead, season by season, with your capacity built into every target.

By month sixWhat you'll have at the end
By month six, your business has decision rights in writing, documented processes, a designed client experience, a team rhythm, offers and a growth system built for the next stage, and a plan for the year. Each has been tested while you stepped away.
You also know which decisions are truly yours, and your week has room again: for the work only you can do, and for the life you built the business to support.
